I provide legal services primarily to attorneys.  My services include:

Legal research: statutes, case law, legislative history, etc. I present the results of my research in an organized memorandum.

Legal writing:  motions, memoranda, pleadings, appellate briefs, contracts, and other documents.

My Background:

My primary areas of practice are in civil matters and include appellate practice, family law, real estate, and business law. However, I accept projects in a wide range of areas. I have been practicing law in Utah since 2008.

Pricing / Fees:

My hourly rate is generally $60 per hour but can vary somewhat depending on the type of project.  I understand the importance of working within a budget and will not exceed cost estimates without prior approval.
